JORDAN MASWOSWE - Chairman / C.E.O.

   Dr. Maswoswe has been a pharmacist for the last twenty-four years and has spent the last eighteen years in senior pharmacy management positions. He graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with a bachelor of science (BSc) degree in pharmacy in 1981. He received a post-baccalaureate doctor of pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in 1992 from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.

  His areas of expertise are infectious disease, pharmacy cost-savings, administration, total parenteral nutrition (TPN) and all facets of pharmacy consultation. His last fulltime position was as a corporate consultant for one of the largest drug wholesalers in the country.
   
   Prior to his role as a corporate consultant, Dr. Maswoswe was the Executive Director of Pharmacy Services for Harris County Hospital District in Houston, Texas. As the pharmacy administrator, he was responsible for three hospitals (including a Level I Trauma ER) and twelve community clinic pharmacies. He reported to the Senior Vice-President and COO. Dr. Maswoswe had four pharmacy directors that reported directly to him and in total, was responsible for over 250 employees. His annual drug budget was over $60 million with revenues of over $100 million. Dr. Maswoswe is well-published and is a sought-after national speaker on a variety of pharmacy subjects including staffing, pharmacy compliance and cost-saving issues.

  Dr. Maswoswe has also conducted scientific drug stability and compatibility studies, and consulted all over the country. Facility sizes have ranged from small 30-bed hospitals to large multiple hospital systems including systems that extended over several states. He also has firsthand experience with reviewing LTACs, nursing homes, rehabilitation and psychiatric facilities. In short, unlike most consultants, Dr. Maswoswe has lived the life of a pharmacist and has the publications and record to not only illustrate his cost-saving, scientific and clinical initiatives but to validate his expertise and claim as a viable pharmacy consultant.


KEVIN MITCHELL - President / C.O.O.

   Mr. Mitchell played his collegiate basketball years at the University of Texas Pan American from 2001-2003. At the University of Texas Pan American, Mr. Mitchell graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and he received the Arthur Ashe Scholar Award, NCAA Division I-AAA Athletic Director's Association Scholar Team, as well as First Team All Independent.  Mr. Mitchell led the University of Texas Pan American Men’s Basketball team in scoring and steals in his senior season and he has set the single season record for the most minutes played in a single season. 

   Upon graduation he played professionally in Mexico LNBP for one season and then began working as a Pharmaceutical Sales representative. After two years he began a Development Company (L&W Development L.L.C) and was promoted to Novo Nordisk Inc as a Diabetes Care Specialist, in which he educates and informs physicians on the Biotech products and devices as well as educated Doctors, nurses and patients on Diabetes.

   Kevin is originally from Copperas Cove Texas, in which his father William Mitchell and mother Joy Mitchell still reside. Kevin also has a younger sister, Monique Mitchell.



DIANE ATKINSON - Director of Corporate Sales

  Diane Atkinson hails from Virginia Beach and Tidewater area of Virginia. 
majoring in Business Administration and Public Relations, she pursued a marketing background in Health Care Management and has over 15 years in sales and marketing with Hospital’s along the east coast and with the HCA Corporation.

   Diane entered the sports Market as being one of the original Killer Bee Staff.  She was Director of Corporate Sales, Public Relations, and started the Killer Bee Foundation. Her grant writing skills received the National Hockey League A.S.S.I S.T.  for the foundation in it’s second year.

   Diane received the 2nd highest Corporate Sales Award in the CHL. In their first year of operation and played a vital part of the team that won CHL Franchise of the Year.

   She now serves as Director of Office Administrative Services for the RGV Silverado Team, and is Director of Corporate Sales while also handling Public Relations and Marketing liaison responsibilities.

   Diane’s achievements include the Frist Humanitarian Award for the HCA Corporation and was elected Ambassador of the Year for the McAllen Chamber for 2006.

   She has served as a Board member for Doc for Tot’s, the Killer Bee Foundation, and the American Heart Association.

   Diane resides in McAllen with her Husband Lee and has 3 children.
